Reviews and Ratings
This resort has a fantastic location close to the ferry terminal, making it great for late arrivals. While the grounds are spacious and could be lovely, the overall state of the place feels worn down and neglected. The ease of check-in and convenient kitchen facilities were positives, but the shower pressure left much to be desired, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to par. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night or two.
I had a somewhat mixed experience at this campground. While it's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and has good kitchen facilities, the overall service left much to be desired. The owner was quite rude, which really impacted my stay. Plus, be warned that you'll need to bring all your own cutlery and there are extra charges for Wi-Fi, which didn’t sit well with me. Overall, it's not a place I would recommend.
The campground is conveniently located close to the CBD, making it easy to find and perfect for a quick stop before catching the ferry. The kitchen facilities were satisfactory, but I missed having cutlery and dishes provided. The service could be a bit more helpful, and while the stay was decent for one night, I wouldn't suggest it for longer stays due to various inconveniences.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The campground is conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD, and the spacious kitchen/dining area was nice. However, I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like cutlery and plates, and wifi wasn’t complimentary, which was an unexpected extra cost. Overall, it was an average experience that could use some improvements.
I was initially a bit hesitant about this place after reading various reviews, but my stay turned out to be quite pleasant. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and despite the train track overhead, I enjoyed a quiet night. However, the service could use some improvement, as there were no basic amenities provided, and extra charges for Wi-Fi felt unnecessary.
